Soup of the day: Smoked Salmon Chowder $14

Salmon is one of my favourite ingredients in all kind of dishes. Without hesitation (considering the price), i ordered one serving. When served, it came in two servings! At first i thought they made a mistake by serving two. However, after questioning the waiter, he confirmed it was 1 serving as they know we were sharing the food. I think this is a really value added service by them!

The taste of this chowder is nonetheless very good. The soup is thick and has generous servings of salmon, potato and celery. Great!

PS house salad $22

The salad was very normal. Large serving of greens with bacon bits. Not really worth the price that i paid for.

Truffle Fries $15

I had a great truffle fries experience in Taiwan. But not here in PS cafe. It was just fries covered in truffle oil. In contrast to the one i had in Taiwan, they had real truffle bits in the fries. However, the truffle fries is recommended for sharing with at least 3 people. The serving is really huge.

King Prawn Aglio Olio $22

The spaghetti was well covered in olive oil, garlic and chilli. The prawns are really fresh. Overall it is good. If you like Aglio Olio and garlic, this is the dish to order.
