Introduction

As Singaporean, i can't deny that Singapore is really a very stressful environment to live in. Wondering if you all realised, in our daily routine, there are only a few moments that we can put down all our problems and enjoy what is in front of us for a few minutes. One of them is during our meal time.


Working as a part-time waiter in food and beverage line for about 4 years, my passion for food have grown so much. I believe eating is no longer a simple process that provide energy to our body but it is an experience that a simple bite can give that consist of taste, sight, smell, texture and the joy which bring us together to enjoy a simple meal with our loved ones.

What i am looking for in my dining experience?

Like I said, I used to work in F&B line. The food is the soul, it is the highlight of the whole dining experience, nonetheless, i am also looking forward to the customer service experience that the restaurant is able to provide. From the basic services, like the friendliness of the crews as well as being able to deliver all the main course out Together to our table. Those are also the tiny details that i am looking for.
