De Yun Bak Kut Teh

Hello! JK here again. Went to Yishun a few days ago and had my dinner there. 

And I order De Yun Bak Kut Teh! How is it?? Let found out ! 

What I had?

肉骨茶, Bak Kut Teh.  

There are two kinds of Bak Kut Teh. Herbal or Peppery. And this definitely belong to the peppery clans. The Soup is clear and flavoursome . The pepper is not too strong for any one to handle, in fact is just nice and is very appetizing.  The Meat have standard, The ribs is tender but like most Bak Kut Teh , the meat have lose the tastes most of the time. 

Tou Fu

As for side dish I order some Tou Fu to go along with it. And this is fantastic! The Tou Fu is smooth and it break apart very easily so beware!And the meat sauces is quite salty but it goes well with the toufu as a combinations and rices as well. Yummy I will said but not as main.

Rice

Last I need to said about their rices. (What!? You want to comment about rice!?) 

The rice taste weird to me. Is well cook but it seem like they did not clean the rice well. I petty sure no one to eat unclean rice, that why I have to point out.

But I not sure whether is me or is really not clean.

So Some one back me up please = ) 

Overall 

Is not bad. but the locations is a bit out of reach. you  have to go to Yishun interchange to take bus to get to that area. I will said the food is nice but is it worth the trip? Hmmmm I willing to make that trip but not all the time. But if I happen to near by , I will definitely go for it. O yea before I forget the soup is refillable, which I think is a Plus ^^
