Rock&Ash

A great spot to chill from what I see. The place is clean and neat. The ambiance is great. Not quiet enough for study but hey! You can always get a headphone right?

If you happen to be waiting for someone and you got the time to spare do Check out this place!

What I Had?

Burgers! Handmade Patty! With Choices Beef / Lamb / Pork! Wow!

The Burgers Set is $8.90 and it come with Fries and Free-flow Drink.

What's more! You may add $2.50 for 

free-flow soup of the day.

California Bacon Cheese Burger

A Classic Burger with cheese and bacon!
How is it?? Not bad but I really couldn't taste the bacon.


But the patty is best! I really enjoy the juicy mutton. But might be a bit strong for those who do not like the smell the mutton taste! The fries is very tasty. The size is prefect for dipping sauces and they have all kind of different sauces for you to pick!

Creamy Baleberry Burger $8.90

Another burger!!? Yes I was hungry and I can eat one more!

This is different! They have strawberry sauces in it!
The taste of the sauce is quite refreshing and for those of you who want something new go ahead and try it! It's good!

Ju Shin Jung East Korean BBQ

JU SHIN JUNG EAST KOREAN BBQ

Today I'm going to introduce one of my favorite cuisine! Korean food!! This restaurant is located at East Coast park near burger king and prawning place. 

There is not much ambiance in this place but definitely, this place is really big! Exquisite use of the utensils in this restaurant. 

Look at the amount of side dishes!! Yummy!! 

 I really love the kimchi and onions for the side dishes! The kimchi is a little spicy though. As for the onions it compliments a lot with the meat!

We ordered beef short ribs and pork collar. We requested for them to cook for us such that the beef is cooked medium well. The beef tasted heavenly even without any sauce or seasonings. If you're onion lover, you'll definitely love it even more when you eat it with the beef! As for the pork, it tasted alright but it was definitely fresh and tasted good!

The ginseng chicken soup is one dish that you definitely must order when you go to any Korean restaurant. The soup is really well brewed with ginseng and red dates. It tasted really authentic when it comes with the "glutinous rice" wrapped in  the chicken!   

--> This is a wet tissue if you guys are curious! Just add water in it and it expands to become a tissue for you! Great creation!

Lao Ban Duo Hua

This dou hua stall could it been the best dou hua? It never fails to have a Q there! No matter what time you go you always had to Q for this stall by lao ban. Old airport road has two stalls of lao ban.
But come on! No matter how nice it is just a duo hua. How  delicious it can get? So we decided to queue and no review is needed. It heaven!
How good? Taste GOOD!!



Review 5/5 for Jingkai !!

OMG! It is pudding not beancurd. It is the most delicious beancurd I have ever eaten!

Two things I never expect from a stupid duo hua!

First, the sweetness maintain through out the whole time. Normally when you are having soya beancurd the sugar syrup usually run out before you could finish the beancurd. But this fellow decided to add the sugar directly with the beancurd letting you enjoy every single bite!

Second ! After adding the sugar , you should not be able to taste or smell the aroma of the soya dancing in your mouth. But once again this fellow did it! NO WAY!! And the texture is as good as pudding. Oh My God! Writing this just makes me want to have more! Just so Yummy!


5/5 for Dickson!!

Legendary dou hua! Extraordinary! Every mouthful of dou hua just slurps into your mouth and melts inside. That's it! You have to try in order to taste this amazing dou hua.

Buy as many as you like! You just want more!

Overall
No matter what time you go you always had to Q for this delicious creation by lao ban. But We guaranty It never fails to satisfied your taste buds.

Eating dou hua will never be the same again! This creation is a redesign of a classic and they bought it to an other level. This Duo Hua Is Lengendary
